Thank you so much for your willingness to help searching patients in need of a life saving marrow match.

In order to join the registry, you must be between the age of 18 to 60, no exceptions. The donor must be of legal age in order to give consent and parents cannot give consent for their child. No transplant doctor in the country would us an unrelated underage donor, nor would Be The Match.

There are other ways you can still help: volunteer in our office, hold a fundraiser, spread the word and become donors until you become of age.
