Evan

At age 3, Evan was diagnosed with a rare, genetic immune disorder called chronic granulomatous disease (CGD).To stay healthy, he goes to the hospital every month to receive IV medication and takes multiple antibiotics daily.  Despite this, Evan is expected to fall ill to serious infections every few years for the rest of his life, unless he finds a donor and is cured by a bone marrow transplant.
