You must be 18 to 40 years old to order a swab kit, join the registry, and donate.Where can we send your home test kit?
Your kit will be mailed the same day you request it.
- Step 1, follow the register instructions
- Step 2, swab the inside of your cheek using the kit that was sent to you.
- Step 3, mail your kit back in the envelope provided.
