Chirag Patel is a 39 year old Atlanta resident who was diagnosed with CML (Chronic Myeloid Leukemia) in August 2012. CML is cancer of the white blood cells. Despite intensive chemotherapy treatments, doctors have determined that Chirag’s best chance for survival is by a bone marrow transplant.
