Kari

Kari was a mom of two kids, Olivia (17-years-old) and Michael (15-years-old), as well as a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, great-granddaughter, and a friend. Kari loved the outdoors and physical fitness, although due to her diagnosis of MDS in December 2018, she hasn’t been all that active. Kari needed a stem cell donor to help save her life to watch her children grow to be adults. Kari was an adoptee from South Korean and had no matching siblings. No matching donor was found for Kari, and she passed in August 2019.  You can join the Be The Match Registry in her name here https://my.bethematch.org/aadp
