Leni

patients-leniIn August 2013, Leni was just 4 months old when she was diagnosed with acute megakaryoblastic leukemia (AML-M7), a rare form of pediatric bone marrow cancer. It represents approximately 1% of all leukemias during childhood & has an incidence of 0.5% per million per year. She is of Taiwanese-Chinese and Anglo-Ashkenazi Jewish descent. Leni had her life saving transplant in April 2014. Love for Leni

I know that this beautiful little girl had a particularly aggressive form of Leukemia and I was so happy to see her in your “survivor stories”. I was wondering how she s doing now?

Hi Lori, AADP was not working with the family directly, so we don’t know her current well-being. Our hope is that she is doing well.
