Aloke

“Becoming part of the bone marrow registry is a very simple process, all it takes a cheek swab. I am a bone marrow transplant recipient survivor. If my donor had not registered as a marrow/stem cell donor before I was diagnosed with MyeloFibrosis/Myelodisplastic syndrome, I would not be here with my family today. There are not many people in the world who can say they helped saved a stranger’s life, but like my donor, who saved my life, you too can be one of those people. Please take a moment to register and be part the donor registry.”

Aloke was diagnosed with MyeloFibrosis/Myelodisplastic syndrome. His donor registered to be part of the marrow registry in the early 2000’s, which helped Aloke find his life saving match early into his diagnosis.
