Hello there! My name is Kierean, but my family and friends all call me Kiwi.
I am one year old and I was born with a rare lysosomal disease called MPS1 Hurler Syndrome.

My family and friends love me very much & are devastated with the news of my terminal illness.
The illness that I carry is characterized by skeletal abnormalities, cognitive impairment, heart disease, respiratory failure, & reduced life expectancy.

There is no known cure, but a stem cell transplant could greatly extend my life.
I was able to find a cord blood donor and I had a transplant in March 2020 and I am doing well so far.  Keep me in your thoughts and prayers.
