Rushi

Rushi is now 11 years old. For the past five years, he has been suffering from Beta Thalassemia Major, a blood disorder that only a stem cell transplant can cure. He has gone through blood transfusions every month since the day he was born. His older sister died of the same disease when I was just 1. It has been very hard on his family.
After five long years of searching for a donor, a donor was found. Rushi will have a transplant in September 2021. Thank you to the donor for the second chance to live.
